The app works directly inside Microsoft Teams and uses a chat-based interaction to guide you through authentication and archiving. No complex configuration or workflow changes required.

Secure authentication via chat.

  • Authenticate SuperOffice for Teams with Microsoft Teams and SuperOffice directly in a one-on-one chat with the SuperOffice for Teams chat. You can log out or re-authenticate at any time using the same interaction.

Flexible chat archiving.

Getting started


  1. Sign up for the pilot and follow the install steps provided.
  2. Install SuperOffice for Teams from the app store

System Requirements

  • Microsoft Teams (desktop or web).
  • A SuperOffice Online user account with permission to create activities and documents.
  • A registered Microsoft 365 tenant and admin permissions. This is usually handled once by a Microsoft 365 or SuperOffice administrator.
