Getting started

  1. For existing users of HoltePortalen you will need an API license added before you can activate the integration, you may use the form behind the Contact Holte green button.
  2. When API license have been added to your user by Holte AS: go to https://smart.holte.no/#/company/super-office/settings or click the Activate the integration.
  3. Check „SuperOffice CRM”.
  4. Click „SuperOffice CRM – login”.
  5. After returning to the settings screen, please test the connection using the “Test connection” button.
  6. If the test is successful, please click “Create HoltePortalen tab in projects in SuperOffice CRM”.
  7. Log in into SuperOffice CRM and make a “SO Group” for those users who shall see the Sync.
  8. When going into a project, you should now see an orange button with “Make project” after clicking “HoltePortalen” tab.
