The Signant SuperOffice integration is available at no additional cost for existing Signant customers. Signature transactions are billed according to your existing Signant subscription and pricing agreement with Maestro Soft AS.

Getting started
In the Signant Portal
- Sign in to your Signant account at www.signant.no.
- Open Account Settings.
- Select Integrations → SuperOffice.
- Copy your API Access Code.
In SuperOffice
- Install the Signant app from the SuperOffice App Store.
- When prompted, paste your API Access Code.
- Select your preferred language to complete the setup.
Sending Documents for Signing
- In SuperOffice, right-click a document that has an attached PDF file.
- Select Signant from the document dialog.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to configure recipients and send the document for electronic signing.
System Requirements
Requirements
- A valid Signant API Access Code.
- A valid PDF document.
- The PDF must not be encrypted or password protected.
Recommendations
- Flatten PDF documents before sending them for signing (for example, by printing the document to PDF). This helps ensure consistent rendering and signature placement.
- Use PDF/A whenever possible. PDF/A is designed for the long-term archiving and preservation of electronic documents and is recommended for documents that require long-term validity.
- Use embedded fonts to ensure documents are rendered consistently across different devices and PDF viewers.
