Verified for SuperOffice is an app that will simplify the signing process by automating document verification and notifications.
With Verified for SuperOffice, users can design and manage signing workflows directly in SuperOffice CRM. Users can build signing processes by defining document types, signing methods, attachments, and notification messages in the dashboard.
Users have two types of signing available: signing methods with the highest authentication level (level 4 EIDAS), BankID Norway, BankID Swede, and Easysign, and signing methods with a lower authentication level, “Touch Sign,” “E-mail Sign,” and “SMS Sign.” All documents will be archived in the dashboard.
Together with SuperOffice CRM, customers will spend less time managing paperwork and more time focusing on what matters. Without chasing down clients, agreements can be signed quickly and easily. Provide a smooth and efficient singing experience that maintains customer relationships.
