Getting started

  1. Click the green button to get started.

  2. Choose to buy immediately or try it for free for a limited period.

  3. Follow the online instructions and use your SuperOffice CRM admin credentials to approve the app within your SuperOffice CRM environment.

    Note: when you enter the admin page for the first time, you need to input an API key for the NPS for SuperOffice CRM app to activate.

  4. Please wait for the admin page to load; it can take some time the first time.

  5. Click on “Activate App” to create web panels, user-defined fields, and a navigation button in SuperOffice CRM.Wait for the nps.today data to be updated to SuperOffice CRM.

  6. Once this is completed, click “Continue to SuperOffice CRM.” Flush your SuperOffice CRM to reload the panels created.
