With ValidSign for SuperOffice CRM, you can easily add the document(s), signer(s), verification method, and the signers' role from a sale in SuperOffice CRM. Add a message for the signer(s), set the reminder date and expiration date, and begin the transaction! Once the signed document is returned to SuperOffice CRM, it is automatically archived in SuperOffice CRM.
The employee who sent the documents gets a notification in SuperOffice CRM when the signed document is returned. Digital signing with ValidSign for SuperOffice CRM is simple, fast, and increases your sales!

Getting started
- Click the green button to get started.
- Follow the online instructions and use your SuperOffice CRM Admin credentials to approve the app within your SuperOffice CRM environment.
- Configure the ValidSign settings using the ‘ValidSign.Admin’ button added to SuperOffice CRM.
- A ValidSign for SuperOffice CRM tab is automatically added to the sale screen in SuperOffice CRM.
