Create quotes and orders from SuperOffice CRM using the products and prices from your e·conomic.

1 Create a new Quote from scratch or copy a similar Quote to save time .png

2 After selecting the relevant Quote document it’s time to add products. .png

3 Search for your products by name or number. The products are pulled directly from e·conomic .png

4 After selecting the right product, you can change the number of products and maybe add discount if needed .png

5 After adding the products to your Quote you can either send the Quote to your customer or go ahead and register as an order in e·conomic .png

6 Preview the Quote document before sending it to your customer .png

7 When you are ready to convert the Quote click the “Register Ordre” button. .png

8 Your order has now been created in e·conomic for invoicing .png

About this app

The e·conomic quote integration optimizes the entire process from quoting to converting orders directly from SuperOffice CRM. You don’t have to switch to e·conomic to recreate the orders that you quoted in SuperOffice CRM, and you don’t have to maintain separate products and pricelists in both systems. The integration pulls all product information and pricing from your e·conomic account automatically, which makes your quote process in SuperOffice CRM very smooth and easy.

When you convert a quote to an order in SuperOffice CRM, it will create that same order in e·conomic for you saving you the trouble of doing double work.
