SMS let you easily communicate with your contacts and are an effective way to create engagement. It’s direct, low-cost, and a viable alternative to email or phone calls. Send an SMS to your prospects, customers, partners or employees to:

  • Advertise or inform them about special offers.
  • Remind event participants about the time, location, and schedule of an event.
  • Alert customers about the change in service, policy, or a problem to be aware of.
  • Remind project members about an upcoming deadline.

SMS for SuperOffice CRM lets you send messages directly from SuperOffice CRM to contacts in your database. The seamless integration let you choose contacts from company, projects, selections, or employees. No need for cumbersome imports. Conveniently placed within the side panel and web panels, the SMS interface appears exactly where you need it for sending SMS swiftly.

Price information

The following price is per month and based on a yearly subscription, additional pay-per-use fees applies:


  • NOK 30 per user per month.


  • NOK 0.72 per SMS-Message.

Getting started

  1. Click the green button to get started.
  2. Follow the online instructions and use your SuperOffice CRM admin credentials to approve the app within your SuperOffice CRM environment.
  3. Choose how many users you want to have access to the application and follow the instructions. The app will be automatically installed in your SuperOffice CRM after you press “install.”
  4. You will be redirected to a new page where you can grant users access and set up the rest of the application.
  5. If you have activated “Use grouping and filtering by user group” for web panels in SuperOffice CRM “Settings and maintenance”, we suggest that you adjust which user group has access to the new panels for SMS for SuperOffice CRM.
